Adventor Eco Suites - Roma

I had a really good time at this location. The welcome is exceptional and the availability of the best. The place is clean, bright, spacious, also stocked with water, coffee, cookies, tea. Excellent. My compliments for Sebastian's professionalism and kindness. A golden person. He always did his best so that I had the best stay. I will always come back there. It is the best in Termini area.

Aventor Eco-Suites is a cozy 6-room hotel in the quiet Castro Pretorio neighborhood just north of Roma Termini Train Station. It is located on the 4th floor of a building it shares with several other small family-owned hotels. There is a lift. The room (#2) I had was comfortable, modern, and clean. I stayed 2-nights. I was early to the hotel and the staff happily welcomed me, and checked me in. I rather liked the room, but it was more form than function. I found the room not very good for sleeping. The window draperies were sheer and the palazzo across the street was so lit up at night, I could read a newspaper with all my lights off. ;-) The chair in the room was only good for a catch-all, as I couldn’t sit in it for more than a few minutes. And since it’s after November 1st in Roma, no air conditioning was available on a couple of warm days. So the window had to be open and a few insects became my roommates…..and they didn’t pay a single euro! The WiFi was very good and there were plenty of outlets for charging. The proximity to the Termini is a big plus for a short stay. A pretty good Conad City Supermarket is close and only around the block. An even better Pam Local is two blocks away. I would stay at the Eco-Suites again, but only for a short stay.

The room is spotless and massive (double size of average Rome hotel rooms), mattress and pillows are super comfortable (memory foam). It's located with few minutes walk from central location. The owner is super friendly and helpful, provided heaps of tips about things to do, where to eat etc. Will definitely stay again for my future stays in Rome!

They have cozy and clean room. The location is very convenient, close to the train station. Ruben (the owner) has been very helpful and responsive to my messages any time. He recommended good sightseeing spots and very nice restaurants! I had a great time during my stay in Rome.

A superb place to stay in Rome. The host, Sebastian, is extremely helpful and friendly. He made sure to give me recommendations in the area, if I needed them and was quick to complete the check-in process. I needed something later in the night as well and he sorted it out without hesitation. The room is brilliant. Extremely modern and huge for anywhere in Europe. It has has a massive TV, with Netflix and brilliant air conditioning, which is what I needed in Rome. The shower and bathroom as whole is very clean and neat. I loved the room and had no issues. There is also a mini breakfast bar(Melba toast and preservatives) which are available to you for free. Along with coffee, tea, milk etc. There's also a microwave for your use. The area is great as well, it's in a quieter area which is great for walking. There's a supermarket 5 minutes from the building and the building is only a 10 minute walk from Termini Station and Metro. I'd highly recommend this place and if I come back to Rome, I'd likely stay here again.

Beautifully refurbished, not far from restaurants, station (7 mins), transport and with a small supermarket 2 mins away. Buildings not the best and a few little issues with storage in the bathroom but this place is spacious and clean. Great for families with older kids.

The room was pretty spacious and very nicely designed. Loved the whole vibe. John from Adventure ecosuites was really friendly and helpful. Its about 10-15 min walk from Roma Termini. There are many restaurants, pizzeria and supermarkets closeby. Totally recommend!
